Do you charge for a quote?
No – all of our quotations are completely free and come with no obligation. We’ll visit your site, listen to what you need, and provide a detailed written quote.
How far do you travel?
We cover a wide area centred on Pant, Oswestry – including all of north Shropshire, Shrewsbury, Welshpool, and much of Powys. See our Areas We Cover page for details. If you’re unsure, just call us.
How quickly can you start?
This depends on our current workload and the size of your project. We’ll give you an honest start date estimate when we quote – and we stick to it.
Do I need planning permission?
Many projects – particularly extensions, garages, and outbuildings – fall within Permitted Development Rights and don’t require planning permission. We’ll advise you on this during your free site visit.
Are you insured?
Yes – E J Dean Construction carries full public liability and employer’s liability insurance on every project. We’re happy to provide copies of our insurance documents on request.
